On this page, we post links to scientific papers that describe research that may be of interest to those who want to understand more of the science behind what we do. We do realize that posting these papers may create a bit of anxiety when it comes to understanding what the papers are actually saying. Unless you have been to grad school in the sciences, you may not know exactly how to read these types papers. We have recently come across a great resource that does an excellent job of explaining how to read different types of scientific and medical studies that we thought we’d share as a resource. Let us know if you find this helpful!
